Nexus will deliver projects for a fixed fee whenever outcomes can be clearly defined (such as the deployment of storage systems or the roll-out of desktops, for example).

Nexus sets out a detailed scope-of-work that clearly identifies the inclusions, exclusions and customer responsibilities. Services are delivered to scope within an agreed timeframe. A project manager is provided and comprehensive project documentation is maintained and circulated.

Where Nexus is supplying hardware and software, a comprehensive bill-of-materials is provided and the supply-chain is tightly managed to ensure deliveries are timely and correct.

Nexus Project Services, unless otherwise requested, include detailed technical documentation of the completed solution.
